Dr Louise Bowers was the instructed expert in the case of RXG, Britain’s youngest convicted terrorist, who made an application to the High Court for a life-long anonymity order.
Dr Bowers was instructed to provide a comprehensive assessment of RXG’s psychological functioning and the risks associated with exposing his identity at the age of 18.
