Dr Louise Bowers has been commissioned to deliver advanced supervision skills training to qualified psychologists working for HM Prison and Probation Service (HMPPS).
Providing clinical supervision to forensic psychologists in training is an important task undertaken by more experienced and qualified psychologists.
Balancing the development needs of trainees with the need to monitor the quality of client care can be challenging at times. Busy clinicians often struggle to take time out to reflect on and develop their supervision skills further.
Dr Bowers is delighted to have been commissioned to deliver this training, so that she can share her knowledge and experience with other qualified psychologists.
